Ben has spent the last eight years inside short-term rental and property management. After joining Host & Stay — a UK PMC — in its early stages, he helped grow the business from zero to 1,500 properties over six years, completing nine acquisitions along the way, before selling to private equity in 2024. As a Management Accountant, Ben led the commercial and financial development of the business, as well as developing and executing the M&A strategy that drove rapid growth and a successful exit.

That background informs every engagement. We work in your vocabulary, against your constraints, on your timeline. We partner with PM businesses running 30 properties and up — from growing independents to large-scale multi-market businesses.
